Prinsesse kake til tantebarnet (med oppskrift)

Åh, hjelpes! Det er over en måned siden jeg lovet dere å leggge ut oppskrift på hvordan jeg laget denne kaken, men nå er den her endelig!! (English recipe coming out later)

Jeg startet med å bruke oppskriften til "Konfektkake i langpanne" fra Detsøteliv. Den er utrolig saftig, men jeg møtte på noen komplikasjoner under veis. Siden den er veldig saftig, var det veldig problematisk med å skjære den i lag. Så neste gang skal jeg bruke en annen oppskrift, som er litt mer fastere. Uansett, klikk på navnet for å komme inn på oppskriften hvis du ikke får opp bildet under!

Fyllet prøvde jeg å lage noe nytt som jeg aldri har laget, men var utrolig godt, uten at det var for søtt!

Ingredisenser til fyll:

• 2 pk marshmellow fluff * 
• 1 pakke kremost** 
• 1 pk melis***

* Marshmallowfluff er smeltet marshmallows. Du kan også kjøpe vanlig marshallow og smelte det, men jeg kjøpte en pakke med jordbærsmak og en original uten smak.
** Kremosten må ikke være Philadelphia ost. Jeg brukte Coop sin "Cream cheese". Smaker akkurat det samme, og sparer en 10-er!
*** Melisen er for å få mer smørende konsistens. Hvis du har for mye kremost, kan den bli noe rendene konsistent på. Dette ønsker vi ikke. Det kan også hende at du ikke trenger melisen.


Framgangsmåte:

• Du starter med å skrape pakkene tomme i hver sin bolle. 
• I bollen med originalen uten smak tilsettes det først 50g kremost og rør godt.
• Tilsett litt og litt mer av kremosten til du får en smørbar konsistent,(ikke for tynn eller for tykk), og smaker marshmallows.*
• Gjør det samme med jordbærfluffen.** 

NB: Ikke bland mere enn MAX 100g kremost pr pk med marshmallow!

*  Hvis den er blitt for tynn er det bare å tilsette melis.
** Jeg bruker alltid mindre enn 100 g på den originalen for å bevare marshmallow smaken. Og så bruker jeg heller nærmere 100g kremost på jordbærfluffen, siden den er litt sterkere i smak.


Kaken kjærte jeg opp fra langpannen, delte den opp slik jeg fikk to lag, og hadde kremene i mellom. Den store fikk den originale marshmallowkremen, og den lille fikk jordbærkremen. Så dekket jeg dem begge i med marshmallowfondant.

Så satte jeg den lille oppå den store kaken, og pyntet den, og satt den i kjøleskapet.

Krona laget jeg med sjokolade, med å feste bakepapir på en brusflaske. Vær OBS på flasken. Dagens flasker er ofte mykere, så fyll den med vann. Da stiver også sjokoladen fortere.

[Update] Pages and categories! (26.03.2015)

Yea, I be never happy about my blog. I always things that needs to change, so here is another Update!

So, do you remember last time, when I had this update:

Well, yea, I've made some changes again. First of all, I forgot the category "Anime", second of all I've been making some "pages" so it's easier to find stuff on blog.



So the newest things will be like this:

[TTA] People getting engaged just for status

So you may rage on me during this, or agree with it. It's up to you, but what I really is this for my country, Norway, but here we go:

It's like, you dated, figured out you wanted to get together as girlfriend/boyfriend. You are in a phase where you are totally in love, and you feel there is nothing that can break it, and you are going to get married and live happy ever after. Why get engaged in this phase?

In America it's pretty normal to get engaged early, but I've also heard people who have waited up til one year before they ask for the girls hand. It is, like, their culture you know, but in Norway it's not. I feel like people get engaged when they are in this phase, pretty early, for running around with a ring on their finger showing it off, and if they later on break up it's like "oh well, shit, it wasn't the right person after all. Fuck all this money we put into this ring!". What is the point of that?

Why jump right to the engagement, instead of test the relationship?

So when you are in this phase with new-romance and all, I personally think you are all "blind by love", so if you wait til around two years or more, you have gotten to known the person more. You have maybe had some fights or discussion which wasn't as pleased as you wanted them to be, or maybe you have even lived together through the whole time? THAT is when you know or can start thinking: Is this the guy I want to spend the rest of my life with? Is this relationship worth working on? etc..

My grandmother got married when she was around 22 years old, and she said to me many times "You're going to have many lovers, before you find the one you're going to marry!"  And it's true. I thought my last boyfriend was the right one for me, and I tried everything I could to work on it, but in the end I got burned and broke up. When I got together with my boyfriend, I am together with now, he was already in the mood and ready to get a kid and engaged, but I said to him: "If you truly love me, wait! I am still very young, and it's way to early!" He waited and we got a child now, but I am still not engaged. I can honestly say: yes, I've been through that new-romance phase, and yes, I've been thinking "is this the guy I want to spend the rest of my life with?", and yes, I do want to get engaged. BUT...

Why do all the funny things now, and not save anything for later?

It's true. There are happy moments in life which you really looking forward to, like example: kids, engagement, wedding day,  birthdays, vacations, etc..  So why do them all now? Why not save some of them for later in life? Why are you in a hurry?

I've already been having one of my big happy moment in my life, or actually two: my boyfriend and my son. So what, if I dream of getting engaged? That doesn't mean it's not gonna happen later in life, and it doesn't mean it have to happen now. So I'm saving it, for later in life. When the relationship looks grey or boring, let's boost it up, by doing one of the big happy moments!

But this is what I've been thinking for years, and what I feels annoys me. And for those who only want to get engaged for running around showing off your ring, FUCK OFF ATTENTION WHORES!

[TTA] People who can't work on their own, and just walk away from it!

I am not gonna use names, or tell in detailed where this took place, but here we go:

So, imagen that you have to people who is working for you, and who are best friends. Stupid as you are, you give them one mission/task on this job, and of cause can they work together. (Becuase you are naiv, and hoping they would work better together or you would go after them yelling at them.) Sadly, they are inseparable. Everything they do, they have to do together. If one have to go to the toilet, the other one has to. If the one have to sleep, the other one has to sleep. And not only that! When they are been giving their last task/mission, they do it a little bit, and then just run off!


What kind of person are you??? How can you live with yourself, knowing that other people have to do double or all your work??  How can you be suck a ego!? How are you going to survive in the real world, when your best friend isn't at work at the same time with you?






I just want to say to does people who are like that:  FUCK OFF!

And for all of does who considering hiring them both:  DON'T!

And for does who have to work extra, or do extra work, because of does kind of people: GOOD JOB! 


Damn, I'm so annoyed and angry atm....

[Bake] My first two floors cake (with two layers and marshmallow cream)

Okey, it's been like maybe a week, but I've been busy with school and working for ML. But to make you understand, here is what happen:

Last weekend we was invited to my son's niece's birthday party, and has usually I HAD to bake a cake. I knew she was into princess and such, so I thought "why not a princess cake?", and I had the image of the cake in my head for the whole week.

Here was the sneak peek I uploaded to instagram:

Of cause, did I had to make a tiara, hehe. The cake is a two floors with two layers chocolate cake, with marshmallowfluff + cream cheese between, covered with MMF (Mashmallowfondant). The tiara is made out of chocolate as you see. Because of too much chocolate I used it to make dinosaur chocolate figures, not that it fits, but because of fun.
